Clean and restore surfaces with the use of high or low pressure. Chemical treatments are needed if the surface has stubborn stains or requires stripping off old product.

Level pavers and natural stone that have shifted as well as replace broken pieces. In some cases, removal of root systems underneath the hardscape is required.

Lock pavers into place by filling the joints with bonding sand. For natural stone, a combination of mortar and cement is best. 

Apply a high quality oil-based topical sealer to pavers, natural stone and decorative concrete. This enhances the color of the hardscape and gives it added protection from the elements.
